Our roast
Every bag leaves our drum roaster within the week — never a day older than it needs to be.
Tsokolate & Co. started as a two-kilo roaster in a Poblacion garage and a stubborn belief that Filipino-grown coffee deserves a proper stage. We work directly with farms in Benguet, Sultan Kudarat, and Kalinga, roast light-to-medium to let each origin speak, and pull every shot on a lever machine we probably fuss over too much.

Three farms, three altitudes, three very different cups. We buy direct, pay above market, and print the harvest on every bag.
