We work with fishing communities across the Visayas to replant coral, rebuild mangrove nurseries, and hand reef management back to the people who live beside it.

Coral nurseries
Fragment-and-transplant nurseries run by trained local divers, monitored quarterly for survival and growth.
Coastal defense
Mangrove replanting
Native species only, planted by the barangay that will manage the stand for the next thirty years.
Livelihoods
Community reef wardens
A paid, trained warden program so protecting the reef is a job, not a volunteer favor.

Every tier funds a specific, named piece of the work — not a general fund.
